Angela Sun

Angela Sun is an American journalist television presenter sportscaster and documentary filmmaker. Angela Sun has been a journalist, sportscaster, producer and Actor since she was born in Santa Clara County California on October 19. She earned a bachelor's in communications and sociology from the University of California. Sun's surfing abilities were exceptional and she took part in several pro-am competitions. She received sponsorship from major brands like Roxy Reef Billabong Vans. Recognition of these surfing events was like a rocket that helped her get into the world of entertainment. Later on, she went into the field of film director, investigative reporter and sportscaster. Sun was a reporter on several news outlets, but mostly as an anchor. In 2003, Sun was an Fox Sports Net reporter. In 2012 she hosted American Ninja Warrior with Matt Iseman & Jonny Moseley. Sun hosted The Yahoo Sports Minute in 2014. She was the first Asian American to be featured in ESPN Fox Sports Yahoo Sports, Tennis Channel and Yahoo Sports. Sun's acting abilities have gained her notoriety. Sun has been in a variety of films including Goliath (2017) Hit the Floor (2014-2016), A Perfect Getaway (2009) Shackled (2015) Street Kings (2008) and Glowsticks and Drumsticks (2005). Sun's feature length document Platic Paradise The Great Pacific Garbage Patch was a movie about the effects of pollution caused by plastics on oceans. She composed, directed, and produced it all by herself.
