Forbes magazine named Addison Rae as the top TikToker worldwide in August 2020. She's also among the top TikTok users. Addison Rae has also become a huge star on YouTube, Instagram and Twitter. In 2021 she made her first appearance on stage through the release of the song Obsessed. It peaked at the top of four on New Zealand Hot Singles chart and was the sixth-most trending video on YouTube in the days following its release. Addison Rae has also received nominations in prestigious events like the People's Choice Awards MTV Movie & TV Awards and Kids Choice Awards.
